Time

Hydrogen peroxide
This is a solution that has been in use for centuries and whose benefits to the everyday life of man are immeasurable. A 3% hydrogen peroxide is supposed to mix with an equal measure of water to form the perfect solution for the canker sores. This means that if 10ml of hydrogen peroxide are put, then another 10ml should be added to the peroxide solution. Swishing the solution about three to four times a day will be great. It is important to note that this canker sore remedy should not be swallowed.
Baking soda
This is an everyday kitchen component and almost every other home has it. All one is required to do is mix the baking soda with water to form a paste. The paste is then applied on the sores. A person can let the paste dry over the sore or they can just rinse their mouth with the same after they brush their teeth.
Salt water
People have known the use of salt in dealing with mouth problems. Well, salt water happens to be a good canker sore remedy which comes with fast results. Salt helps to kill the bacteria that are causing the infection. The solution also helps to altering the PH level in the mouth.
